Children's Ministries

We value our children as integral parts of our church community! We believe it is important to teach them biblical truths from the very beginning so that they are able to articulate their faith as adults. We do this through instilling a love for the Lord through play and song in the infant stage, play and activity in the preschool years, and discipleship and fun in the adolescent years. We offer Sunday school and worship hour opportunities of learning as well as a mid-week Awana program.

GCC is currently re-designing Children's Ministry to consist of the 3 Part-Time positions listed below. We are now taking applications for the Director of Children's Ministry.
  • Coordinator of Nursery-Kindergarten: Oversee nursery-kindergarten age groups for all Sunday morning ministries.
  • Coordinator for Wednesday Nights:  Oversee all ministry for kids Birth-6th grade on Wednesday nights.
  • Director of Children's Ministry will serve 2 different roles.
    • Oversee 1st-6th grade ministries on Sunday mornings.
    • Oversee the two coordinators in children's ministry.

Awana

Grace Kids offers deep discipleship and fun through the use of Awana every Wednesday from 6:30-8:00 pm during the fall and spring. We use this reputable discipleship program to engage the kids on their level and plant God's Word in their hearts all while they play and learn lessons from the Bible.

Kids Camp

Every June, we offer a 1 week day camp where we engage in foundational and in-depth Bible teaching, games, missions, crafts, worship, and small group times! Our camp is available to completed Kindergarten through completed 6th grade.  Click below to learn more!
