We are committed to equipping the saints by feasting on God’s Word. We study the Bible to grow in our knowledge of God and discern His will for our lives, the church, and the world. We strive to shape our lives to the gospel of Jesus Christ! At Grace, we offer classes on Sunday morning for all ages, and Adult Bible studies on various days/times during the week.
Sunday Morning Classes (Sept-May @ 9:15)
Engaging God's Story
Teachers: Derek Cox & GCC Missions Team
This class will build on the class from last spring as well as the core class on Sharing Your Faith, but neither is a prerequisite.
Jesus' ministry included a lot of time addressing situations and answering questions by telling relevant stories with a message that points to God and His Kingdom. Join us to learn and practice a variety of ways to do the same thing in your everyday life, sharing relevant stories from scripture in an engaging manner.
Messiah: The Birth of the Church and Spread of the Gospel
Teachers: GCC Elders
In our final year of studying the Bible chronologically, we find ourselves in the book of Acts. Have you wondered how the Old and New Testaments fit together? Why was it such a big deal for Gentiles to be saved through the Messiah? A key focal point in Acts, and for the majority of the New Testament letters, is the apostle Paul. This class will track the spread of the Gospel through the known world, do an overview of Paul's many letters to different churches, and conclude with looking at what is still to come. May we join in with all the saints - both in heaven and on earth - to cry out "Maranatha! Come Lord Jesus!"
This class correlates with our children and student Sunday school lessons, so this is an exciting opportunity for parents to be equipped to disciple their children throughout the week!
